Honestly no reason to complain. A dishwasher, a microwave oven, and a work desk available in the studio. Huge bathroom and a bathtub with good sewerage. Competent, very very helpful staff with smiling face. Comfortable and magnificent location, very close to central square. Based not far from many cafes and large supermarket as well as the center😃

Dreadful staff!

The staff were all helpful, the room was clean and budget-friendly, and it included a big bed along with a microwave, refrigerator, and kitchenware.

These Aparthotels give you freedom to do what you want when you want. A small studio flat really. Be careful about booking in times though. Reception is only has a at restricted times (1500 to 1900). After that you need to enter a door code. this is sent to you via your telephone. Make sure it is switched on or you won't get in!

The apartment I stayed in was clean and featured a basic bathroom. It included a microwave, a comfortable sofa bed, and central heating, ensuring a cozy atmosphere. The hotel staff were professional and attentive.

- Bed was terrible - Elevator was broken - No airco Context: We have done a 7 day bike trip through France, with Clermont Ferrand being the turning point in our trip. We've spend all nights sleeping in a small tent but booked a hotel in Clermont-Ferrand to get a good rest and gain some strength. Unfortunately, when we arrived (and we were pretty tired) we got a room on the 4th floor while the elevator was broken. It has been 37° in the shade that day, and it was the same in our room. But worst was the bed, the springs made a metallic noise with every little move we made, we barely slept that night. We were really better of with our tent on a camping ground! I don't expect much from cheap hotels, but I would expect a decent normal bed.

Although small, the apartment was well-fitted out, including a drying frame.Excellent for self-catering. A fairly quiet, good residential area with supermarket and other shops close by.

After hours on-call service is based in Toulouse - some significant distance away.

Close to city center, large supermarket, and cafes. Good room size with amenities like a dishwasher and fridge. Lift available from the underground car park. Wi-fi is good.

Absolutely nothing to say about dislikes.

The room worked well for two people although the hob is seriously underpowered and there are no instructions about low and high settings.

Lack of hot water after 8.0'clock am and thru the day.

I would like to know in advance that in order to have breakfast under the normal price I need to request it on the previous day until 19.00 o;clock.
